• Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
• Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri, DX and Parcel Force.

Express Delivery Mainland UK
£5.95 for all orders

• Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. 
• Couriers we use for express delivery include DPD and DX.
• During extremely busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, delivery make take longer - please reach out to customer services if you have have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Delivery Info

• Delivery is Monday to Friday (not public holidays). Note - subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times i.e. 1pm Monday - Thursday.
• Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday are despatched the same day.
• Orders placed on Friday are despatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are despatched on Tuesday.
• Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
• All fees, delivery limitations and lead times are clearly marked in the checkout process and/or in the product descriptions where certain items i.e. Morris & Co Rugs have a specified lead time.
• We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (i.e. force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions) which could result in delayed delivery services, or mean that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
• During extremely busy periods like Black Friday, sales and Christmas, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer services if you have have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
• Courthouse Interiors cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
