If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Any other goods exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws
