UK Mainland Shipping
As a small family business we like to be transparent and honest about our costs. We don’t make any profit from delivering products to our customers and have chosen to charge for delivery and returns rather than hiding it in the price of our products. We work hard to find the best delivery service for every product we sell, charges are based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering.
- All fees and delivery limitations are clearly marked in the checkout process.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday (not public holidays). Note - subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times i.e. 1pm Monday - Thursday.
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday are despatched the same day.
- Orders placed on Friday are despatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are despatched on Tuesday.
- Please note that any delivery timescales shared are estimates.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
- We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (i.e. force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions) which could result in delayed delivery services, or mean that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
- During extremely busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer services if you have have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
- Courthouse Interiors cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
- Your delivery is complete when the items are delivered to the address you have given us. If no one is available to take delivery at this address a note/email notification will be left advising on next steps. If you have not accepted delivery after 2 attempts by us, we may treat the contract as being cancelled by you.

United States and Republic of Ireland
- We ship via DHL, DX and DPD.
- We require a mobile contact number for delivery.
- All international orders are sent using a secure signed for delivery service and will be tracked to your door.
- Standard delivery is typically within 7-10 working days.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
- The price of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item.
- Some larger items are classed as freight and are restricted from the normal delivery terms, if the item you're trying to purchase doesn't have a shipping price please email us at info@courthouseinteriors.com for a custom quote.
- Please note that shipping rates can fluctuate up or down due to exchange rates.
- For all orders outside of the UK, we'll even remove UK VAT/taxes (where applicable).
- Please note that we try our very best to ensure that all taxes and duties are levied at checkout, but this may not always be possible due to local laws and restrictions.
Tracking your order
- Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an order confirmation email as well as another email to let you know when we've dispatched your order which will contain relevant tracking information.
- Please note that we require a mobile contact number for all international deliveries.
Customs
- In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier's website using the tracking information that we provide you.
