This new Official Agatha Christie Cushion Cover features hand-drawn illustrations by Karen Mabon inspired by the iconic novels of Agatha Christie and featuring fantasy book jackets of some of the author's most well-known novels. Whilst on the surface the pieces epitomise the effortless glamour of Christie’s world, on closer inspection, things might not be quite what they seem...
The cushion is printed on one side with a matching navy velvet back and contrast velvet piping.
Karen Mabon is a designer and illustrator based in London. She launched her eponymous label in 2013 after attending London’s Royal College of Art. Known for her signature illustrative silk scarves, she has now expanded to include a wide collection of luxury apparel, accessories and homeware.
Karen Mabon grew up in the Black Isle in Scotland, surrounded by nature, escaping into a world of old Hollywood glamour, vintage collectibles and dazzling beauty.
Each of her illustrations tell its own story with characters, creatures and curiosities springing to life. With collaborations ranging from museums and palaces to skincare, movies and airports, Karen Mabon loves bringing joy and print to new places.
