This statement jug is a sought after and collectable historic design that was created in the late 1800s. They are now beautifully hand crafted in Stoke-on-Trent and made from durable vitreous porcelain.
Shaped in the style of a koi fish, this miniature Gluggle Jug emits a cute ‘hiccup’ when water is poured. However, it can also be used as a small vase for table decoration, toothpicks, cotton buds, or an individual jug for milk or dressings. It can also be used as a ‘shot glass’.The handle is formed from its curved tail, it is smooth to the touch and easy to grip.
Crafted from British finest raw ceramics, and fully glazed, we recommend that the jugs are washed by hand.
