“Tsumiki” is a Japanese board game in which the aim is to build three-dimensional shapes from simple wooden blocks. The countless combinations of shapes inspired by the game are shown to their best advantage in the lamp designed by Medum and ensure a wide range of possible uses.
The first impression is that of a typical table lamp with simple, fresh shapes. In reality, the head, stem and base are three independent elements that are connected by a sophisticated magnetic coupling technology and offer numerous possible combinations. The lamp is therefore suitable for a variety of contexts and can be customised according to the desired function both at home and at the workplace.
